Find Me at EFNW! · 12:13am May 17th, 2018
Hey Folks!
I didn't really want to make a personal update until more was known on the medical front, but I'm happy to say that I did get my pacemaker last Monday the 7th and was released from the hospital the next day! I've since had the week+ to recover and follow up with my doctors, and they gave me the OK TO GO TO EFNW! Now that the personal update has been VERY briefly made, let's move on to the EFNW stuff.
I'm posting this tonight so I can put my computer away in my bag for my flight tomorrow morning (of course, that doesn't mean I won't snag it out of my bag and use it again later...).
A number of people have talked about meeting up with me while I'm at EFNW, so for those of you, I'll give you a breakdown of the easiest ways to find me. First, my upper wardrobe. I've got four shirts I'm bringing with me:
— Color: Black
Pony: Luna
Caption: Let your past make you better, not bitter
— Color: Green
Pony: Epona (custom)
Caption: My Little Epona
— Color: Gray-Beige
Pony: Derpy
Caption: MUFFINS/Express yourself
— Color: Gray
Pony: Fluttershy (+Batman)
Caption: The Dark Brony
I'll also be wearing this:
I'm definitely going to be at the "Making Friends is Magic" event in the Cadance Room Friday morning from 11:15–12:15 after the opening ceremonies. For those of you that haven't looked at the schedule, it's right here. If you didn't know, you can plan your days ahead of time like I tentatively have and actually keep it up on a browser on your phone. Obviously things are subject to change, but I have my days planned with breaks for lunch and dinner.
If you want to try and contact me beforehand, try me on Discord and I'll try to keep it up on my phone during the con.
If you do meet up with me, let me just warn you—I might be, well, strugglin' a bit. Nothing really looks wrong in terms of my immediate appearance, but it's likely I won't be moving particularly fast, and I might have a tiny hunch on my left side. That's from the pacemaker procedure. It's still a little uncomfortable, and I can't lift any more than 5 pounds with that side, but my right should make up for it. Not trying to scare anyone away, just figured I'd let y'all know so I don't keep getting asked what the deal is.
Welp, that's it for now. See y'all in Seattle!

Welcome back!
Welcome back, and see you there!
I'll likely be cosplaying as Mr. Cake (accompanied by Mrs. Cake, of course)
