more than likely her apartment is a section 8 housing unit which is more than likely what it looks so small and in shambles. Either way it is nice to see what Sunsets place actually looks like and it does make perfect sense at least to me that is that Sunset wouldn't be able to afford nice stuff like what Twilight, Rarity or Pinkie has as Sunset more than likely has a minimum wage job for just under 20 - 30 hours per week.
Wait...so she just lives in this alternate dimension, no documents, parents, or guardians and can afford an apartment in highschool? So confused.
