Element of Hope: Story vs RPG

Hello everyone. It's a bit odd for me to make a blog post about this sort of thing, but I feel it's only appropriate to give an explanation to the slower update on both "The Element of Hope" Story, as well as the RPG tie-in.

Element of Hope: Story vs RPG · 1:42am Feb 6th, 2018

Hello everyone. It's a bit odd for me to make a blog post about this sort of thing, but I feel it's only appropriate to give an explanation to the slower update on both "The Element of Hope" Story, as well as the RPG tie-in.

I know a lot of you are probably thinking "Wait, there's an RPG tie-in?" Rather than using the entire blog explaining what exactly it is, I'll just link the message board for it here

The main topic for today is "Mr Shootingstar212, why does it take an ungodly amount of time to post a new chapter of your fanfic?" this can also be applied to progress updates for the Game tie-in. The answer is pretty simple, actually. I don't like to rush things, I really hate to push out something that is not the best it can be. Because I'm working on two projects that are being affected by this mindset, it will cause a delay in both the Story and the Game. So, I'll just give you a rundown on what I decided to do.

The Element of Hope (The fanfiction, not the game) will continue on until the end of the first arc, there are only a couple of chapters left to go. The finale of the arc will be a pretty meaty chapter once that's all sorted out. When that chapter is finished and everyone's happy, I'll be placing the story on "Hiatus" That doesnt mean "I'm out of ideas/ I'm bored with this project." It just means "Well, time to finish that Game demo I've been working on for a few months now." I expect it'll take about two months to finish the demo. I'll send out the demo to whoever wants to try it (It'll be around two hours in length to give you a taste of what the whole thing really is about) and I'd kindly request to hear some feedback so I know what to change or not.

It's not much of an update for the people who've been waiting since Christmas for new game info, and it's not exactly Chapter 13 either (though chapter 13 is near completion)

I would like to thank all of you for supporting me for the past couple of months and I hope to hear from you all soon!

Glad to hear that progress on both your fanfic and game are coming along, and I highly look forward to the game demo once it is eventually released.
