A friend of mine was so moved by Inner Demons that he decided to write a prequel to the story starring Trixie Lulamoon. I touched briefly on Trixie's past in two chapters of Inner Demons, but this story goes much deeper into what lead Trixie to decide to become Twilight's student, and ultimately second in command of the Neo Canterlotian Empire. I've read three chapters of it so far, and it's pretty good. Told completely from Trixie's perspective, so if you didn't get enough of the Great and Powerful Trixie in Inner Demons, you were curious as to what really happened to her after the Ursa Minor incident, want some more insight into Trixie's mindset, or are just getting impatient with waiting for Inner Demons 2 to come out, and for 10 Years and Fragments of Truth to be updated (I think about all three a lot), then go here...

Strangely enough, I'm about 18k words into it and she hasn't left Canterlot. I had actually thought it would be about 60k words total. Did not see this coming.

444462 At the moment, a Fanfiction.net exclusive. It takes place during the years following Inner Demons and and shows Apple Bloom growing up to true adulthood. It's meant to give hints to the upcoming sequel, and show if Apple Bloom and Lezard get back together.
I will transfer that to fimfiction once it's complete.
