Why I certainly will be obliged to cancel The Last Flower (and it's breaking my heart)

OK, I have a BIG problem and I want to know whether the same thing happened to anyone with a proofreader...
The Last Flower's new chapter has been published yesterday but it hasn't appeared on the site's front page at all! Also, it seems like my followers haven't seen the new chapter was here... The thing is, I have posted it to be corrected around two weeks ago so because I did a very fast publish/unpublish, maybe that's the reason why now the story's seem to be invisible.
Is there another way to make sure the chapter's going to be proofread and visible when it's REALLY published? If there is, please tell me so, I don't want this story to be another Only One Speck Of Dust, with very little views and everything, just because no one knew the story was updated
