What do you like on your tombstone? · 4:44am Jan 17th, 2018
Okay, that was a very, very 90s question to ask. Sorry.
But I'm curious, what do you like on your pizza?
I'm weird, but I like red onions, black olives, and pineapple. If I can't get that, spinach and Peruvian cherry peppers, preferably with stuffed crust.
Pineapple, ham and mushrooms here
wurstel, sausage and fries

wurstel? Deutsch?
I had Ham and tzatziki in europe and it was amazing.
Pineapple, ham and shrimp.
Or ham and tuna.
Hard-boiled eggs, pepperoni, tomaroes, jalapenio, and several different kinds of cheese.

Nah, italian, also i'm about to yell heresy and burn you at stake only for having pineapple and pizza in the same sentence
(jk i lova ya )

The true heresy are the people who like mayonnaise and peas on their pizza.

Look at it. LOOK AT IT.

Mmm, i dunno... the mayo seems like a viable condiment, i like to dip bread in it... i'm talking about homemade mayo, not that sugar and fat laced american garbage
but i'll punch in the gut the person who thought peas were a good idea, those are way too sour to be on a pizza
Ham, pineapple, jalapeños, shrimps and cockles. I'm salivating at the thought.
I'm unadventurous. Pretty much the same things I like in my pasta sauce.
Onions (white or red), green peppers, mushrooms, and possibly sun-dried tomatoes or extra cheese if the budget allows more than three toppings.
(Speaking of which, if you want a really nice, hard-to-screw-up pasta sauce, stir-fry some onions and mushrooms, add broccoli and green pepper half-way through, and then mix in your favourite canned pasta sauce and some canned beans at the end. It's a very forgiving reciple and you can omit whatever ingredients you lack, substitute cauliflower for the broccoli, etc.)

When I make my own, I will make my bastardized ratatouille recipe (1 large eggplant, a green, yellow, and red bell pepper, 3 cloves garlic, and a can of tomato sauce) and I add some hot sauce, basil, pepper, and honey and turn it to goo in my food processor. Its got plenty of peppers already in it, and its slightly better for you than plain tomato sauce. I'll make a pizza with it with Kale, ham, and whatever else.
I'm very health oriented in my diet.

Hmm. I'm not the type to use hot sauce, but the rest does sound like a mix of ingredients I'll have to try some time.

I don't use that much, same goes with honey but I can't give you measurements since I don't use them with this sauce. I'll just say use plenty of basil. ... and I put hot sauce on my pizza as a condiment anyway. That and Garlic powder.
A bit boring, but i like it simple with just some mozzarella cheese and mushrooms. I focus more on deciding which sauces i want, such as chili sauce, tomato sauce or béarnaise sauce.

Béarnaise sauce? Never considered that as a sauce before but I wouldn't mind trying it. I've had a couple of pizzas that had BBQ sauce on them, neither of them were good in my opinion. The sauce was always too powerful and I couldn't taste anything else.
