Hello Everybody! I'll make this quick so as to not be a bore. First of all, a new update for The Wanderer of the North has been posted.
But what I'm really here to talk about it something very special to me. From the first story I posted on here back in 2012, I've always wanted to get in the featured box. A tell-tale sign that your fan labors have received validation in the community. Now I understand the script for being in the featured box isn't completely understood, and I receive no notification if my story has been in it, so I simply have to notice it on my own.
Which is why when I saw The Wanderer of the North in that list, my heart soared. At first I thought it was a fluke: once is an accident, twice a coincidence, but three times is a pattern. Well today the third instance of being featured happened, and it really means a lot to me.
So from the bottom of my heart, from some schmuck on the internet investing perhaps way too much time and effort into his MLP:FIM fanfiction, I say thank you so much. Even after a two year+ hiatus you all have supported me and left your critique and input and I couldn't be happier.
But honestly I'd take all of you over the featured box any day; I'm blessed not having to make the choice though!
And thanks to that feature i just noticed you returned (and apparently a while ago too) so welcome back even if a bit late.
I wonder why i didnt follow you before but thats fixed now.

Your story should've been there way sooner in my opinion, but i will say that these last few chapters have been absolutely marvelous! Haven't gotten to read the latest but i'm more excited about this story than any other so keep it up!
