Hell everybody, I have returned
Where have I been? Stewing in filth like the trash I am. I fell off my writing schedule and let life get away from me, and continued to let it for about six months. But I'm not here to whine about my problems.
I am pleased to say I've resumed my writing, and it feels good. I hope I can continue with regular updates and get this story right on track. In truth I was a bit intimidated with this latest chapter; I was nervous and wanted to make sure it was as cool and entertaining some of you might be expecting
and of course the longer the wait the expectations get higher.
Let me finish with this quick little note: Exactly how long the rest of The Wanderer of the North will be is a good question. If you want to know a few more specifics, Part 4: The Twin Goddesses is almost over, and Parts 5 and 6 will not be nearly as long, and the whole story will wind down with a certain "Mare in the Moon". Parts 7 and 8 will provide be an epilogue and some appendix materials explaining some things I want to share that might be easier to find if I otherwise posted them in a blog post or comments.
The journey isn't over yet, and I thank you all for your support. I feel like I've really honed my craft so to speak with this, and when the time comes I can feel confident in my other planned projects. Fanfiction is fun, but I often feel constrained by a canon that is ever-changing and in some instances inconsistent. It all can be frustration and nerve-wracking, but excited too!
Anyway, I hope I didn't leave you out in the cold for too long, and that you all have a Wonderful Day!
Great to have you back!

Let's hope I stick around!
