Hehe. So, y'all remember how I said that I wasn't starting a new story until I finished at least one of my current ones? Well...
He lied.
I DIDN'T LIE! I had every intention of keeping my word! It's just, well... I got another idea.
You've got upwards of 40 ideas.
But this one is awesome!!!
They're all awesome! Just stick with one or three for now!
*sigh* I swear, Show, this'll be the last one until I finish it AND both of my Displaced fics.

Anyway, new story! Student 32: Sunset Shimmer, a Mahou Sensei Negima crossover! I haven't seen nearly enough good fanfiction for this series, so I decided to write one!
The basic premise is that Sunset ended up at Mahora Academy when she fled through the mirror. This story follows her through the events of Mahou Sensei Negima as she learns magic, goes through school, and overall gets wrapped up in the absolute craziness of the Negima worlds.
And don't worry. Unlike MANY other "pony winds up in another work" stories, there's plenty for Sunset to do apart from Negi, especially once they get to the Magical World. And although she's going to get more and more powerful as the story progresses, she'll still be nowhere near Negi's level at the conclusion of the story.
Though there'll probably be a time between the beginning and the end where she's far superior.
Oy! Sunset already has more than a decade of magical training under her belt! That's longer than Negi's been alive. Once she starts learning magic, it makes sense for her to surpass him.
Whatever you say.
Thing is, though, I need proofreaders. Though familiarity with the source material would be welcome, it's unnecessary. I plan to write this story such that even someone totally unfamiliar with Mahou Sensei Negima will be able to understand what's going on.
Which actually means that proofreaders who aren't familiar with the source work would be much appreciated, as they would be able to tell us if he's doing a good job of that.
