The worries of writing · 6:42pm Nov 20th, 2017
Well, now that the war's finally started I hope you all are still interested.
But the point of this post is to share something about writing if anyone doesn't know. A lot of people might figure the biggest fear is that the story will be bad, that people won't like it. Yes that is a big fear, but there is another one that's also troubling, in that no one will care. Other than worrying about bad reception, you kind of worry about no reception at all. That people just won't care at all to begin with, and that hurts almost as much because it feels like all your work was wasted.
Now I'm still happy with the reception I got, I just figured I'd share this with those readers who don't know about it. There's a reason so many authors ask you to comment, because it shows you actually care. So if you've got the time, on all the stories you like and read, leave a little something to let the authors know you care. It doesn't have to be massive, even the smallest little thing counts. I don't know any other writer that wishes they got no comments or attention.
Thanks for your time.
You welcome, I really like your story.

As long as you keep writing, I'll keep reading.
