First of all, Spike wanting to takeover to Twilight's duty's... PRINCESS SPIKE... they just never reflect upon their past mistakes, do they? (Well sometimes they do)
"You're as much a part of my family as Any-pony" I'm aware she was talking about the ponies in her family, but again... SPIKE ISN'T A PONY... you cannot use "Any-Pony" on him.

Wow, Shining Armor gets wimpier every time we see him.
-First he gets brainwashed at his own wedding
-Then he can't stand up to a weak enemy like Sombra (Naturally)
-Then he gets weepy at other ponies weddings,
-and NOW he's got such a weak constitution that he gets air and seasick.
...I'm glad I made him stronger in my Starfleet series.
Well, I must say I like Twilight's freak out... She's finally getting a message I've been telling people for years. "Just because others are happy for what you did... doesn't mean YOU YOURSELF are happy"

Sombra is weak? I don't see him as weak besides I think him taking care of shining armor's horn is smart if he knows he is very strong he would hinder him and prevent him from using his magic

He was defeated in just two episodes, and he didn't cause ENOUGH evil suffering to me. If he was truly stronger, then he wouldn't have HAD to disable Shining Armor's horn.
He caused an entire kingdom*which consists of just one city* to fear to shear memory of him and he was likely playing safe if I he shining armor was weaker he could have spell he is weak against like light

Dude you don't need blood and carnage to show great feat and evil*besides I am not even fully sure if crystal ponied even have blood or that they have meat skin or they just have crystal bodies* Sombra is a king and he needs the kingdom in working order and while ponies aren't panicking they are scared like there worst fear are always there.who knows what sombra did during his rule and with the crystal heart tapped in to the people who can say he used it to spy on there minds and such.That is the ultimate fear someone tyrannical and evil knowing every thought in your head and no matter what you think of he will know.the only reason he lost from outside sources*the princesses*

Hmmm first I have not met the shadow pony so please no spoilers and second while sombra isn't up to your standards of evil but I can say sombra is evil,someone who strikes fear to it's people without death and some who can manipulate them into fighting a war they wish not to be is in my opinion is a very evil person *also it is a bit ironic since he basically the anti cadence,he does hate,she does love

Hmm while sombra would fear him*I have read he has conquered a lot of worlds*but it all depends who is worse to deal somber or titan. In a test of battle titan wins via landslide*titan even has someone who uses similar powers that somber has* test of brains however not fully sure but sombra may win in this category. He put so many good traps to protect that heart*long stair case,a dark crystal barricade, and those magical doors which can open by one with dark magic and one with light magic and giving the illusion that using dark magic would the main and only way to continue

sombra may want to RULE the world, but there's not going to be A WORLD for him to rule if Titan destroys it

Yeah but his evil is not fully long term besides there is only so much worlds and dimensions to destroy that in the end there is nothing
