Greetings Gotham, Joker here! Well, I had a crazy-ass idea for a Pokemon story, set in an AU of the anime that follows the Pokemon Y game's story... kinda. Basically, Team Flare's plan to fi-yah their las-ah with Yveltal as a power source so that their dumb idea of a "beautiful world" can come to pass, goes horribly wrong and their base starts to collapse. Then something like the first part of this happens between Ash and Serena.
Anyways, Ash is seemingly vaporized and presumed dead. Only thing is... he isn't.
Truth is... Ash actually merged with Yveltal, creating a being that looks something a kin to this.
Like I said, it's an idea so crazy, it might just work. It might just be the caffine running through my veins right now. But, if I can do it right, it could be fun.
Ooh Ooh, perhaps Serena could merge with Xernias?

And perhaps they could have mental conversations with the Pokémon they merged with? Plus if you do that you could do a bit of expectation subversion with Yvetal being polite and Xernias being a mite crude.
