Big Contest News!

This week, none of my series will be updating, because I'm going to be entering another oneshot contest! After the success of the last one (Manaphy's Unsung Heroes), and after dragging my behind about it for a few weeks, I've finally decided to enter Amore's DiamondBloom Contest. Expect my oneshot entry, Amour Fragile, to come out in a few days.

While I do have a lot of ships I like with Diamond Tiara (and the more I write Light Pollution, the more I want to ship her with Babs), DiamondBloom has been one of my favorites for a while now. I've been reading a lot of contest entries, and I genuinely feel like I'm ready to write them in a way that no one has so far. The key phrase for this story is "bullies always tease the ones they like," and it's going to be something I'll have tons of fun deconstructing. (I never really have been fond of that whole idea, and wanted to make sure my way of writing DiamondBloom didn't fall into that cliche. Put another way, if a lot of people in this contest have been writing them like Rarijack Junior, I'd like to write them like Sunlight Junior. Nothing wrong with either ship, just a different way of looking at it.)

Anyway, even if it causes some weird delays in the schedule, I hope you all read and enjoy Amour Fragile when it comes out!
