    Hey guys! What's new?

So, I haven't been here in a good long while. I got the writing itch a while back, specifically for ponies and my old Betaverse fics. I might have something in the pipeline. I've got a few questions I'd like to ask the general pony-reading audience if you don't mind. Just so I can see if my writing style should be tweaked a bit for the modern audience.

    Stardrop's Lackluster Ending

Hello everyone. I know I've been away for a while, but that's due to me deciding to finish stories before I post them to revise, edit, and alter them to give you all better stories to read. I don't feel free to do so when I post stories live. This results in me getting frustrated with how a story is shaping up and then dropping it. That wasn't a problem when I was younger, but it's become one as

Anyone know artists who do illistrations for stories?

I'm low key working on a story which I intend to complete before posting. I'm enjoying being able to go back and improve, tweak, and change things to make the best possible version of the story, and it's nice to not feel like I am bound to a strict schedule of uploads.

A metatextual analisis of "The Bureau: XCOM Declassified" to show how it fits in the series timelines

A lot of people like the rebooted XCOM series, and a lot of people also insist its lore is bad/nonexistent. This isn't true in my opinion, but is the product of the game that sets up the world for the series having been released a year after the first game in the series as a prequel, and also it sucks ass to play. The Bureau: XCOM Declassified is not a good game. At all. The story is really good,

Whoops! · 11:36am Sep 24th, 2017

So, I just realized that I've been writing a series for over a year... And I based that series on my first story: The Bridesmaids. SO much that I kept that story in continuity with the series it was never intended to be a part of. And due to seeing someone favorite it just now, I remembered that it includes a bit where the characters are helped by a cybernetic canine scout unit from a hidden Human empire. Since that human empire doesn't exist in my current series, that's a huge plot hole.

I had thought that I went back and edited that scene before so instead of being controlled by Humans, the scout is just a robot with some cool techno-arcane gizmos and is under control of the then still hidden Emerald Hive. But I hadn't! Whoops!

I took care of that just now. The chapter in question has been edited as needed, and I have put an author's note up at the top explaining what was changed and why. That note also contains a link to a gDoc containing the original unaltered chapter so people can still enjoy the story as originally presented.

Well, it has been two and a half years. And some million words or so. That's bound to let something slip by sooner or later.

I don't remember it, but I'm sure it wasn't a big deal :)

Yeah, that's an oops. Not a big one though, all things considered. ^.^

4677702 That's a bit by design :P The idea behind my stories is "What if G4 MLP was a 1980's boy's cartoon?"

4678143 It's actually coming up soon... XD

4679813 No. That messes with the flow of the story.

Originally there was a hidden human empire? Shit, man, would've liked to see that.
