My advice for those who write is NEVER try to write why going through a mood swing. I had written some stuff for my next chapter, but it was weepy and depressing. I soon realized it did not fit the story's mood, so I went back and rewrote it.
I did not start having PMS problems until about three years ago. I started having severe episodes of depression near the time of my cycle. One time, I felt so horrible, I told my husband I was afraid if I went to sleep, I would never wake up. He has clinical depression himself and ordered me to go to the doctor. The doctor put me on anti-depressants which have made the swings not as severe. I still get sad and moody, but I don't feel like I'm dying any more.
Hopefully, I'll finish the chapter soon. Bye.
