A minor change to something most people won't remember. · 4:15am Jul 15th, 2017

So I was doing a little 40k Fluff research and listening to some World of Warcraft inspired music, and I got a thought. Anybody remember the Warp Shells in Menethil’s Storm Bolter Ammo? I tweaked them a tiny bit.

-Warp Shells: Near-unique rounds that sport an unstable core. They are essentially a Vortex Grenade in bullet form. Upon impact, the unstable core shatters and creates a miniature, localized tear in reality inside of the target, which swiftly expands to a two-meter radius before violently collapsing. So powerful are these shells that you have a very limited number. You only have a total of six Warp Shells. The Warp Shells replicate at one per twelve hours, and you cannot fire more than one per ten minutes. Only usable on Single-Shot.

It used to open up a tiny black hole. Now It tears open a hole into the Between (inside of whatever the shell hit no less), then expands to roughly 7 feet (more than likely destroying the target utterly), then the tear loses cohesion and collapses in an explosion of reasserted reality (which would cause even more collateral damage.)

The Warp Shells, as well as the spells Cursed Earth and Wind of Death, are meant to be Menthil’s “Nuclear Option.” They are his You Know What, Fuck This Button for when either things go south in combat, or he’s done playing around in a fight. (Because I hope you know that he is going to screw with people and not take them seriously. He has to have fun fighting somehow.)

He might use a Warp Shell if something big is threatening his friends. Like, say.... A dragon....... :trixieshiftleft: :trixieshiftright: Anyway, He would use Wind of Death to rip a massive hole into enemy forces, like making a gap so noncombatants can escape. Lastly, I’m kinda worried about Cursed Earth. Because that’s just a permanent middle finger to a specific area. In fact it can be empowered through Frostmourne to apply all three effects simultaneously. I’d only see him doing it if he got really pissed (Like I will Murder All of You levels of pissed) and he wasn’t thinking clearly.

So I hope you didn’t mind the rambling. Any day that I’m not too absorbed in something else, I end up thinking about stuff I’m working on.

Lastly, this.

Edit: I’ve found some fitting music if you’re willing to imagine.

When somebody’s fucked up enough to piss Menethil off.

The music for his Four Horsemen. (Now I just need to make them)

Epic music that always makes me think of a Trailer to this story. :rainbowlaugh:
