For the like. I dunno, 3 of you that read this;
Reality has a way of dropping 56 hour work weeks and with my mothers declining health, my own declining health and the event of multiple severe storms in my area. I didn't have much time. However, Merlos and I have been picking at it.
We finally agreed on a proper outline with this chapter and decided to toss out a lot of telly garbage that detracts from the story, mainly because it either doesn't matter or has minimal bearing to the story. We've trimmed the fat I was feeling insistent on putting in and thankfully with just a few hours of looking over the story, I'm inclined to agree. I had a bit of fun hammering out a little bit of fiction the last few days..
I'm still working 56 hour work weeks. Still can barely walk, but I need to work.
Good news is with some things going alright, I'm able to give this some attention.
Yay? While I am getting Tuesdays off, I'm usually so exhausted I pretty much just pass out, buy food at Walmart, budget and pay things and try to get myself on the ball.
Anyways, as of the last few days we went from about 3% to maybe 25% of the chapter, we have out story telling goals in sight and are putting things in the story to help do SOME world building. I'd say next time Merlos and I get writing we could have quite a bit more done.
