Greetings. Just a quick update that Chapter 7 rewrite for No Better Friend, No Worse Enemy is well underway. It is almost done. Just need to finish roughly two or more scenes plus some editing. However, I would like to ask you guys one question.
As you all know, I am currently using real-time warships for NBF, NWE. Meaning, I'm using ships from navies with existing names. With the story idea set literally almost 4 years ago. 
However, as time went on, and I do further research, new designs and featured elements have been appearing. Plus, the amount of delays that has happened has got me thinking a lot where to take my first story.
So, what if I instead use the same class ships but with fictional names? Yes, the story is slowly going through a major rewrite. However, I think using existing class ships with fictional names would be more beneficial and give more flexibility in my story ideas rather than using existing ones. The good news is, it is mostly just replacing ship names (and probably make small changes). However, I want to make sure you guys are okay with this. If not, I will continue the story just as the way it is.
this story has been on my favorites list since the beginning.so i think renaming the ships with new names would give you more flexibility with them ,since its been 4 years .good luck with the rewritre and future chapters.
Renaming the ships would give you more flexibility. Doing that for a super carrier like the Nimitz may be a little hard to do since those things seem to run forever. Hell, if you were to bring the Tirpitz back from the dead, I would still read this.
