We writers do not speak. We do not hear. We have no songs. We have no pictures. We only have scripture. From words we bring images. From words we bring emotion. From words we bring life.
i was on the treadmill in the gym this morning when i saw it floating by. i literally stopped in the middle of my run to take this video because i have a problem
Ugh, I really need to do cardio more. I saw a video on yt that said doing cardio results in losing your gains, and I took that to heart unfortunately. Worst part is that it was a comedic video, and wasn't meant to be taken seriously. XP
When i do cardio i tend to do a chellenging speed for no more than 10, 12, or 15 minutes depending on how long i last. If you extend the run for longer than that, thats when your body starts reaching for more forms of stored energy that your body has, which includes nutrients and such naturally produced by the body for muscle recovery.
So by all means do cardio, it's good for you, but don't do it for more than, i'd say 20 minutes is a general limit. If you go out for a jog though dont be afraid to do a little more than that if you keep the pace slow.
Is that you holding the camera? XD

Oh, so you got the storm too? Should tell your pegasus friends to give more warning for those heavy storms.

Actually it's SEMI correct that cardio does that.
