I've not seen so many examples of Ridiculousness!
Petty feuds over simple stupidity. Life's not a contest ya know!
An old Romeo and Juliet Cliche...
Parents forcing kids against their wishes (Well that does give me inspiration for another Friendship is Failure) but still harsh
and once again we still don't know the ultimate fate of Applejack's parents. Are they dead, or alive? (at least when I make fics I always add the ABSOLUTES to it)
3/10 (I gave it an extra point because the tragedy inspired me for my next Friendship is Failure)

Fandoms and antifandoms there's many examples i could think of such as steven universe vs mlp.

Some steven universe fans want to keep bronies out of bay because they feel they will taint the innocence of the steven universe show and some bronies think steven universe is a nest of social justice warriors that in the end just want to be privileged
Religions. Extremists of any religion (and atheists/agnostics too) will think that their religion is the one true faith. And everyone else should be converted or exterminated... there's even a show that advocates religious extremism (tomorrows pioneers. Look it up. I am not making this up)
Politics. Some people think that people in a politic party that isnt theirs is a complete and utter moron. I would search for examples such as a debate where the politicians just tore each other apart ...but its really stupid.
I am not saying that this is a good thing, and if my comment implied that very thing. I wholeheartedly apologize.

No, When two lovers want to be together, but their two families don't want them to be together... That's Romeo and Juliet for you. It may have worked well for Shakespeare, but these days when you see it re-dubbed, it is SO incredibly cliched and overused.
I used it in my Starfleet season 3, and even THEN I thought it was dull, but I hadn't many feasible or likable options
