    How Sleipnir would have ended.

I realize that this blog post is about two months late, but I got side tracked with school, work, and family issues. Sorry for the delay. Anyway:

    * Dr. Layne would've died sometime in the next chapter in order to same Twilight from a large tar monster that was going to be Sleipnir's version of the Smooze.

    I'm thinking about canceling Sleipnir.

I haven't been able to bring myself to write anything in the story since August of last year, and frankly I don't think I want to. I'm not as in to the My little pony fandom as I was when I started writing the story, and given that the story heavily revolves around elements taken from the fandom it's a bit difficult to keep myself interested in the characters. I'm going to give myself a week to

What are your theories about Sleipnir?

Sorry for the dearth of activity, college and depression basically killed my plans for jumping back into Sleipnir. Anyway, since i only have five chapters until I finish the story, I was wondering about what kind theories my two or three readers have come up for it.

If there's anything in Sleipnir that you would like to know more about, please post here.

So I've been thinking about how to approach the Sleipnir lore posts, and can't decide where to start. I've come up with a list of things that will unfortunately not be explored in the story proper (there are only about five chapters left), but I cannot figure out which is the most interesting. The list goes:

The exact nature of The Book of Newt

Where did all the monsters come from

Would anyone be interested if I started making Sleipnir lore posts?

Sleipnir is going to take more time than I initially calculated to finish, and as it stands I'm going to have to cut down a lot of plotlines if I'm going to finish it within the next few years. I was thinking that I could provide some nuggets of lore to explain a few things that won't be covered in the story itself, such as Dread's backstory, the nature of Puck, and its relationship with the Book

How Sleipnir would have ended. · 5:38am Jun 16th, 2017

* Twilight, Pinkie, and Fluttershy would've wandered the facility for about two days until Fluttershy goes missing. It would've quickly been revealed that she was killed by an alternate version of Pinkamena, this one having a personality similar to the one found in the actual Cupcakes fan-fic.

* Pinkamena would've gone into a blind rage and beaten her counterpart to death. There would've been a paragraph describing the disturbing mix of anguished crying and mad laughter. After this, Pinkamena would run away.

* Twilight would've later reunited with Pinkamena, only now she has shaven her mane, knocked her teeth out, and cut off her own cutie mark. Pinkamena would then go on a long tangent about how she didn't deserve to be Pinkie anymore.

* Sometime later, they would find Dread, who would guide them to Sleipnir's "Reality warp", which they would try to use to escape the facility. Pinkie and Dread would escape, but the Goodfellow would keep Twilight on board until she'd "completed her mission".

* Twilight would eventually find the source of Sleipnir's corruption, a device called the Spiral resonator. Twilight would use the Book of Newt to destroy the device, and banish both the Administrator and the Goodfellow from the Pony multiverse forever.

* Sleipnir would then explode.

* Twilight would then wake up in an actual mental facility in Canterlot. Here she would find out that both this world's version of Pinkie Pie and Spike were being treated by Celestia herself, and would likely be as good as new within a few days. It would then be further explained that most pony doctors believed that Twilight had developed a brain tumor that had affected her mental stability and judgement. While Twilight was still going to be punished for her actions, Celestia is now open to the idea of forgiving her and reintroducing her to society. Her family, in particular, is very interested in having her back home.

* The story would end with Twilight overhearing rumors about a bakery shop being run by a "bald goblin" and receiving the news that she had a visitor. The last line in the story would've been a description of metalic hoof-steps approaching.

Thanks for the quick wrapup. Too many stories on here just end up abandoned.

Thanks for telling us how it all ends.

Wait, did Newt Gingrinch write the book of Newt?
*Rushes off to get tinfoil*

Are you going to move on to another project?

I'm actually working on several projects right now, although none of them are fanfics. I might put some of them up on my deviantart later, I'll let you know if anything comes of it.

There is always a gap beteween ideas and actually writing them down. I'm glad we got to see your ideas if not the execution, so that this story may rest with conclusion.

Good.
I would like to see them.

I also would like to see what happened to the one with the wytchhunter.
There was a lot of atmosphere and local details in it.

I've been toying with writing a a fan fict with Barbie and the surge.

I've also been working on a new fanfic project and it's first person.

I wish you well on your projects.

Well, bummer man. Thanks for the story though, and for at least giving it some closure. Not many people do that anymore.

Good luck on your other projects!
