So I've been taking care of a sick friend all week and haven't had time to look at my comments/PMs until today, but it seems there is some slight confusion!
Twisted is not over. There is one more chapter (a chapter-length epilogue) coming on Monday.

I'd lose respect for the universe if that happened. Every story on fimfic ends in the same hoakey-smiley way and I don't want that to tarnish this epic. Seriously, happy endings are what the show is for. I liken this to reading 'Geralds Game' by Stephen King because HamGravy seriously gives me all kind of deep feels \(TT__TT)/
Also, Ham I've been looking forward to that chapter, it's so painful actually wanting a Monday to come faster ;-; hnnnnng~ I had thought of so many ways the story could go but none were half as awesome as what you had in mind. Keep them coming! My level of fangirling for your 'evil' Rarity has hit the upper stratosphere.

This story is about characters from the show, so it deserves, no, requires a happy ending
And think about it: A epic Twilight-beating-up-everypony-in-kill-bill-style chapter is pretty awesome, isn't it?
Of course it won't end 100% happy, because with Rarity involved the link of the EoH will be completely destroyed or at least be severely damaged.
It could end with the rest visiting Rarity in a dungeon, with Rarity feeling remorseful as the last line (something like:"Rarity watched her former friends and her own sister leave her. A single tear hit the stone floor")

I don't expect that the ending (when I get to it) will please everyone. At this point that might be impossible anyway. My goal is to complete the series in a way that makes sense and feels consistent with the characters and universe, all while being emotionally satisfying. No small feat, but if I can pull that off, I'll consider it a success. So if the series doesn't quite end the way some people want it to, I hope they understand.
But that's still a long way off, so I just hope you guys continue to enjoy the story until then!

I never thought that turning Rarity into a foalphile would meet with such a positive response. Evil characters are just too damn fun to write, but she's proven especially enjoyable, so I'm glad you like her!

) of you to say. I read Gerald's Game a few years ago, and found it to be excellent, so the comparison is quite flattering. Plus there's that whole "let's combine fetishes and suspense" thing going on in both these stories, though I didn't make the connection until you brought it up. At no point in my story will a dog eat anyone's face, though. Damn, that part gave me nightmares.
