1: Lightning Bolts
Deriving from their name from their unique weapon, Vamphirines have harnessed lightning into a potent weapon. The long and somewhat heavy weapon spews a long stream of lightning at foes, taking a half a moment to recharge between each shot. It is canister loaded, so they can take it in doors and swap out the canisters when they get empty. The energy within the lightning has been modified so even lightning resistant creatures, such as pegasi, can be hurt and killed by it. Given that it is a relatively new weapon in their arsenal and it's sometimes volatile nature, they aren't deployed in great numbers but still make for great shock troops to scare the enemy and to stop impeding advancements.
2: Infantry
The basic soldiers of the vamphirine armies. They are given standard equipment and come with all the usual perks that Vamphirines have naturally. Gifted with the ability to fight just as well during the night as during the day, Their moral is unwavering in the face of their enemies and the defense of the fatherland.
3: Rifle Infantry
Vamphirines armed with standard and up to date rifle-muskets, they have come to be essential components to the great Prussian army. Vamphirines have seen the potential for black powder weapons and thusly have made their rifles some of the best in the world being accurate and having impressive range. Their code of conduct and training puts them on par with the Roman armies own musketmen.
4: Tiger Riders
Riding upon the backs of specialized large tigers, Tiger Riders are the cavalry of choice for Prussia. Specially bred for their size and power, their mounts are creatures to be feared and can crush and shred their enemies. Armed with lances of their own, the riders are adept at slashing their opponents as their mounts get to work.
5: Inostrancevia
These large gorgonopsids are nifty for scouting parties as they can sniff out and track most anything. As well, their strength can allow them to tear into the ranks of infantry and allow their masters to get hits in. Their jaws are strong enough to crush through basic armor and tear out big chunks of flesh.
6: Gem-Repeater
The first of it's kind, this machine gun is a new invention by the Vamphirines. Using gems to power it and to crank it as it goes, this gun can fire as quickly as a person can crank it. Although, it has a tendency to overheat if used too much or too fast and breaking down. Still, the Vamphirines find this weapon to have great potential and use it when facing large armies to weed them down before they get to their lines.
7: Giant Bats
Another set of beasts in the Vamphirines employ, Giant Bats were bred to fight standard flying units of other armies and to harass enemy infantry. Their claws and teeth can shred an enemy quickly as well as picking them up and tossing them into their fellows. They are quick and nimble and very hard to hit by most.
8: Cave Bears
Living in proximitiy to these beasts has given them the time to tame and breed them for warfare. Cave Bears are outfitted with thick armor to give them extra protection. Although, their thick muscles and hide already give them enough on their own as they can tank most blows that land on them. They are line breakers, allowing the Infantry to breech gaps in the line as the Cave Bears keep smashing their way through.
9: Rocketeers
Armed with primitive rocket launchers, each unit comprises of two Vamphirines to each rocket launcher. One will load the rocket into the long tube and light the fuse, while the other will guide it to its destination. The rockets do tend to swerve and don't always hit their intended target, which is why they are more commonly used to injure and take down large enemy units as they are easier to hit and worth more to use the rockets on.
10: Cannoneers
Some of the best cannoneers can be found in the Prussian army. Trained to use their cannons to their maximum capacity, they are quick as they come to arm their cannons and fire. They are given pistols and swords to defend their charges if an enemy were to try and take them out.
11: Knights
Taking after their Equestrian cousins, Vamphirines have developed top of the line soldiers as they blend magic and psychical training to create ultimate warriors for their country. Their heavy armor and large weapons combined with their immense strength allows them to go hoof to hoof with many of the strongest warriors of the world. As well, their senses have been enhanced greatly.
12: Flame-Chargers
Flame Chargers are more infantry based equivalents to their flame based cousins and aren't so fervently tied to their weapons. They are given light leathery material that is resistant to the flames they produce with their long barreled weapons of choice. They are used to clear out buildings of enemies and to swath through enemy ranks.
