New Project (I'm not dead yet!)

Hello to all of my readers out there! (as few of you as there may be) I apologize for the lack of updates, I have tried my hardest these past few months to get something presentable that I can give to y'all, but unfortunately I have been unable to get anything that I am happy with. (the hours of staring at a doc with nothing changing doesn't help) Without sounding like I'm whining or trying to make up excuses, I went on a bit of a depression fueled bender back in January and.... it got kind of bad. I won't give details, but there was a point where I was messaging my friends with a desire to end it all and it really messed with me in multiple ways that I had actually gone that far....

Since then, I've been having trouble getting back into the groove with writing, on my most productive days averaging only 400 words of salvageable writing, and as a result I updates are taking longer than I'd like them to. I have 10k words for My Little Draenei, and 7k words for FYB, but neither of those stories are in a format that I am comfortable posting. I've decided to take a short break from them to get some of the ideas that are bouncing around in my head out. Whether they be in portable stories, or random world building that will be put in a folder in GDocs, I can't tell you. I can, however, tell you that one of the things I will be working on WILL get posted and its going to be a fun little Slice of Life story I've been doing world building for all day with a friend of mine named The Spirits Demise. The story will follow the life of Silvia Silverscale, a Lamia Pony hiding among ponies in a world where they are nothing but a myth.

I promise I will get back to MLD and FYB soon, I just need some time to sort out the jumbled mess that is my head. I thank you for your patience and hope you will enjoy any future content I release. Picture is relevant.
