Okay. I've given it some thought, I'll make an episode one-shot where the Autobots come to Equestria. Here's the basic plot I've got so far:
(Takes place after Past Awakens)
Optimus Prime along with some of his crew members are transporting prisoners back to Cybertron (now having access to a spaceship) but along the way, the ship starts a fire and they all crash land onto another world. They can repair the ship easily, but the only problems are now they've taken on the form of primitive equine bodies and the Decepticon fugitives that were in their possession are now loose. So with the help of their pony friends, they'll have to do what they can to get the Decepticon fugitives back in their cells while also doing everything they can to help protect Equestria from the Decepticon threat.
That's a rough patch idea I've got going. Here's the characters:
Ponies: Princess Twilight, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Starlight Glimmer, Spike (I know, he's not a pony), Princess Celestia (possibly)
Autobots: Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Perceptor, Knockout, Bumblebee, Jazz, Sideswipe, Brawn, Trailbreaker, Hound, Mirage, Bluestreak, Arcee, Smallfoot, Strongarm, Red Alert,
Decepticons: Underbite, Hammerstrike, Chop Shop, Octopunch, Filch, Ped, lots of Chompazoids, Clampdown, Scowl, etc.
So this begs the question...

4454918 Keeping it part of the series I'm doing, plus honestly I've seen storylines about the Autobots in Equestria story done to death honestly, as far as my searches go. Want to keep it short like the other one-shots like Gallows of CHS and Ghosts of Our Past.
4454931 Its good, but I prefer the Autobots and Decepticons be in their humanoid forms. If they will be in their pony forms, how do they transform into their vehicle forms? Why not put the Humane 6 there or make the bots become triple changers?
4454998 That is a good question. I thought back to Underbite from the first episode of Robots In Disguise and that's when an idea popped in my head. He is a primitive, but he turns into a vehicular form. That's what I was contemplating applying to the bots. They have primitive forms, but they still convert into their normal vehicles.
Don't care what anyone else says I like it.Let them be equine or human your stories always rock.
Is both the pony mane six and human seven going to be in it?? Because sunset is my favorite and it would be cool in my opinion to have some of the confusion that would go along with having both groups of mane character.

Have the humans take their autobots forms cause by a random event that short-circuit the device to change them back and then have them all crash land on Equestria. You didn't have them as bots long enough in the first story. Twilight didn't get to use the other part of the headmasters. Did you know that some headmasters's head can become a second vehicle? It isn't shown very often but it is a way they have to get more room. And Sunset didn't get to use her others forms at all.
