A couple of stories you really should check out

No, I was not paid in any way, shape, or form for this.

I like to read. I used to read real books, but now I read mostly fan-fiction about ponies. And write. Meh.

And while reading, I've found some diamonds in the rough that you should at least take a look at.

First, if you like slice of life (you know, the thing I CAN'T write), check out Before Closing, then read it's sequel, Before Dark, both by Rambling Writer. It is a slice of life and romance story, and it follows two ponies who get stuck in a Ferris wheel, and then hang out for lack of anything better to do. Watch out, though, the ending for the first one is a heart-breaker.

The next two stories are in the same genre, but written completely differently. The One Who Got Away and it's sequel, Drifting Down the Lazy River, are less romance and more slice of life, which isn't a bad thing. It does have Seaponies, though, so be prepared.

More slice of life, but with drama added. Second Chances, Many Changes is about a human who nearly gets killed, but is saved by Discord. You can guess what happens next (or read the thing, duh). The author, ASGeek2012, is also writing Pandemic, a weekly series that is a mystery.

I'll post another blog with some other stories. Mostly ones that are either complete or getting close, and are extremely popular. Meaning if you haven't read them already, you are missing out BIG TIME!
