Some of you may remember Heart of the Herd.
It was a small, fluffy oneshot involving Spitfire, Rainbow, Fleetfoot and Surprise in a secret relationship.
I never planned to continue it since it's one of my least favourite among you folks.
Well, seems I'm wrong. I counted some mails now and with somepony that wants to stay anonym, I am forced to continue it.
Since I'm still full into LT and two collabs it might take a while, but you can expect a multi-chaptered sequel!
And to explicit wishes from the anonymous pony, with all the clop and sexy stuff you could possibly get!
Oh and I'm still looking for somepony willing to do the cover!

Heart of the Heard really does cry out for further development, and I suspect any relative lack of popularity is mostly for that reason. It's a nice little hidden gem, but short, one-off, non-clop fluff just isn't likely to get much attention by itself. Start adding to it and I bet it'll have more of a following.
(Also, remember, some of us hide all our bookshelves, so those particular stats might mislead!)
