I am so so about the design a few things just dont really make sense.
Why has Rainbow dash frontal feather(?) and fluttershy not?
why does the hoof covering hair match with the Maine Hair? that just looks weird
The same goes for the Eyebrow that that matches color is even more weird horses don't have really eyebrows
I mean i like your fanfiction but that just looks like you have tried your best to make most characters Ugly or weird looking

The reason that Rainbow Dash has feathers on her chest and shoulders is for the same reason that some people have earlobes attached to their heads instead of just their ears: genetics. Fluttershy's mother in EOF is an Earth Pony, so she has had fewer phenotypes for Pegasi than a full-blooded Pegasus like Rainbow Dash. Same reason that Rarity has dappled markings usually found in Earth Ponies; because her father Hondo Flanks is an Earth Pony in EOF. Pinkie's feathers on her fetlocks and shoulders come from her Granny Pie, Surprise.
