My own next-gen universe/News on EOF

Hello again, FIMFiction. It's... been a while. Far too long since I've been active in any capacity. I can't say that I've done much writing for The Elements of Friendship in the past few months, if I may be honest. It's not that I have given up, I have just... felt my muse hasn't been entirely in EOF. Frankly, I've been feeling a pull towards letting loose my next-gen universe/show headcanons to the public. As such, this past Friday, I posted onto Deviantart my Friendship Is Magic: The Next Generation.

FIM:TNG will be an ongoing story involving the children of several characters from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, largely through the lens of how I interpret the events that unfolded in the series and how they could proceed after the series has ended. Most of the characters have been developed with input by my friend StarryOak on Deviantart. Kudos to you, Starr, for your two cents on everybody!

So far, nine characters have been posted up and a tenth may soon be on the way. They are:

Shamrock Apple
The loyal and dependable daughter of Applejack & Princess Twilight Sparkle, she develops new breeds of apples with the science of magic.

Whirlwind
Called Windy for short, this son of Fluttershy & Rainbow Dash would rather be invisible than be an active weatherpony about Ponyville.

Sparkler Surprise
The hug-crazy daughter of Pinkie Pie & Rarity, she runs a party goods shop on the right-hoof side of Sugarcube Corner.

Mousse Masquerade
Son and firstborn to Pinkie & Rarity, the manic-depressive Moosie is an uncanny master of disguise, running a costume shop on the left-hoof side of Sugarcube Corner.

Gold Dust
Daughter of Sunburst & Captain Flash Sentry, she yearns to learn the highest knowledge and deepest secrets of magic. Try not to get in her way.

Piñata Apple
The son of Big McIntosh & Sugar Belle, Piñata eagerly produces all manner of apple treats and sweets for all of Ponyville.

Carapace Casanova
The son of Spike & King Thorax, Cara acts as proctor of the School of Friendship in Princess Twilight Sparkle's indefinite absence. He is a MASSIVE flirt.

Carbonado Effect
Full name: Carbonado Francis Xanthia Pie, daughter of Trixie Lulamoon & Maud Pie. She has dedicated herself to upstaging Shamrock Apple, her cousin though her mother Trixie being half-sisters to Twilight Sparkle.

Butterfly Affection
Created by Discord as a psychological photonegative of Fluttershy back in Return of Harmony, the one also known as Flutterbye lives up to the creed of "cruel kindness". She pushes her half-brother Windy to be more gregarious.

And that's the Mane Nine. There are more to come in the future, and a story to boot. I hope that this makes up for my lack of written activity in some fashion.
