Happy Thanksgiving! · 5:02pm Nov 24th, 2016

Hey peeps! I just wanted to wish ya'll a happy Thanksgiving! (regardless of whether you celebrate it in your respective countries or not.)

In the spirit of thankfulness, I have several things I want to do. First, I'm officially declaring this month as my watcher appreciation month. I'm making it all about you beautiful people! Without you, who would I ramble on to? I don't know, which is why I'm so thankful for you peeps!

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now. Philippians 1:3-5

In the next few weeks/days, I'll be showering ya'll with surprises (probably more of a sprinkle, lol). You won't know what to expect! I'm unpredictable! Anyway, to start it off with something simple. With a Q&A. So if you have any questions concerning anything, ask away! I shall do my best to answer them. To give this some semblance of organization, I shall give you categories to pick from. You can ask up to six questions, using any combination of categories.

*art
*writings (stories)
*personal
*random
*Biblical/God
*OCs

Somehow, I feel like a Q&A is more about me than you, so after you comment, I shall answer your questions and ask you some questions of my own. That sound okay?

If you want to check out my really random and somewhat crazy Thanksgiving post in the Christian Bronies group that I did last when in my delirium, you can find it here. I really was a little insane when i posted it. Everything I said was true; just that I said everything in a, um, unique way.

Anyway, I want to wish you a happy Thanksgiving yet again! I love ya'lls!

Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.

Happy thanksgiving mate!

As for a question, have you always believed in God?

Happy Thanksgiving! Hopefully you don't OD on turkey and all the fixin's. :rainbowlaugh:

I'll ask try and ask one from each category (if nothing else, I'm thorough):

How long have you been doing art?

What was your earliest writing about/for?

Do you have any irl friends who are also fans of MLP (outside of Bluegrass [since you met her irl recently])?

What was the most random/craziest thing you've done or thought about doing?

What's your lifeverse or your favourite book of the Bible and how is it significant to you?

I'm blanking on OC questions. Have a moustache instead! :moustache:

Rush and Pony on!
T4E

Happy Thanksgiving to you as well!:pinkiehappy:
Although we in holland don't celebrate it
As for the Q&A, let me think of some questions:twilightoops:

Merry Day of Giving Thanks!

now, for questions....

1. Do you have a pet? If not, what's your favorite animal?
2. How did you find MLP:FIM?
3. Why is the sky purple?

Thanks! (being thankful is so fun!)

Thanks!
As long as I can remember, yes; the only difference being in how much I love God. At one point when I was little, I would talk to God just to talk to him, then I kind of just drifted away from that and God for a while. It wasn't until a few years ago that I was born again and really started to love God. But even when I was borderline apathetic, I believed in God.
Basically, yes.

4317536 Fair enough mate. Truth be told, your story seems to share a lot of similarities with mine.

4315931

I tried not too. Lol, we had ham. I don't know, turkey isn't all that amazing. It's kind of meh to me. But as far as fixins go, oh yes, I had me some doubled eggs! (doubled verses deviled. Sounds so much better how I say it, plus it's true!) Lol, so there I was, my bro and I playin xbox, munching like a mad woman on carrots and ranch dip and tootsie rolls. There were like no carrots left in that veggie tray when I was done.

Anyway, moving on now.

1) Oh dear, well, a while back when I did my lesson on art for school, I dug up some very interesting archaeological cave woman sketches of horses from when I was like three. Who knew that 13 years later, I'd still be drawing members of the equine order.

2) wow, this just got wooo :rainbowderp: Um, I was at least eight. I was writing it for a story prompter contest in a magazine. It was your basic "knight fights dragon to win hand of princess." I do remember that I included details such as the knight being uncomfortable in the hot metal armor and stopping by a creek and taking a drink from the cool water. I think I introduced the dragon when the knight named Nahum (I took all the names in the story from books of the Bible) was sleeping. Nahum woke up to the dragon attacking his horse, as neighing was heard. I think writers block hit during that scene and never finished it. Thus the early beginnings of my bad habit of procrastination.

3) No, not really. I'm not friends with anyone who's crazy about the show like me (coming from the person who hasn't watched more than four episodes from the past two seasons) I know people who can name a few of the mane 6, but know nothing else about the show. I do have a little six year old friend who watches and she'll mention things about it to me, but when I start to talk deep about MLP, her face goes blank and she loses interest, lol.

4)Goodness, I've done various crazy things. The main thing that comes to mind is the lamp wedding I participated in. Lol, we were in a hotel in Costa Rica. I remember waiting until the no one else was around and then smuggling a tall floor lamp into the tiny elevator and rushing it into the other girls' room. I helped make a toilet paper dress, veil, and bouquet for the glowing bride. We had an all-girl wedding party including the "father" of the bride. The room had a nice stone balcony where we did the ceremony. Afterwards, we had a reception with oreos and cheezits, and made toasts (with water) to the new couple.

5) Lol, I momentarily blanked on what my verse was, then I remembered that it's my mini-bio. Of course, I have more than one, so I'll just list them.

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. I Timothy 4:12

And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved. 2 Corinthians 12:15

According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death. Philippians 1:20

They're all sort've similar, but mainly they help remind me that I'm doing everything for God and His glory and that how I act affects that. And not only that but that I should be willing to give everything I have for God and to go where He wants me to go.

Yay, thanks for the mustache! (proper American spelling used. FimFic's gone British apparently)

Edit: lol, if it shows in your email that I quoted you, I did. It was so that I didn't have to constantly scroll up. I just forgot to erase it when I was done, XD.

Thanks!

1) sadly no. My favorite animal is the cat. They're so beautiful and cute! :rainbowkiss:

2) I'm sure I'd seen an episode or two on tv (at my Grandma's house. My fam doesn't have a tv w/ channels, but we do have a dvd player), but my interest in MLP began when my sister was watching music vids on a computer at a hospital, and she came across a pony one. That then led to us watching the Last Roundup episode and the 2nd part of Return of Harmony. I had fallen in love with Discord, so when we were at home, I looked up the first part and rewatched the whole two-parter a second time. Since then we started with the beginning and caught up to the show in the middle of season 4.

3) Well, for that, you can find a nice little article here.

As for my answer, the sky is purple because there are these little dragonflies that come in indigo, violet, fuschia, and maroon colors that sometimes like to flock during the winter months. And because it's so cold, they fly higher in the sky so that they can feel the warmth from the sun. Eventually, some of them evolved to where they're now space creatures, called Soongs, that surround the earth's atmosphere. They sometimes poop out rainbows.
