update schedule

my current plan is to update every other week. this is not a quick thing i decided but put thought into. if its every week i feel rushed to just write which adds pressure which makes it boring and more likely to burn out. it is also still frequent enough for people to remember what they have read. gives me wiggle room for when crap or things pop up in life.

sadly the next one may be delayed due to shit this week and four doctor appointments and two days of travel next week and the whole time with no pc
