Mild fan of the show, I'll watch it when an episode is released but I don't go to conventions or buy MLP merchandise. I always have had an interest in story writing though so I'm here to try

    It's been a while

It's been a month since the previous story in my series, and my college course has kept me quite busy, but with exams next week I can focus more on writing afterwards.

    Story Path

Lately I've been conflicted deciding where my series should go. I have a lot of ideas for "casual" stories involving conflicts between main characters or some new character, but also want to go onto dealing with the main antagonist in a short encounter, whom is meant to appear in the next story, taking advantage of Fluffin's "unexplainable" hatred of one type of pony.

    Dear Followers,

Sorry for the long wait between my stories, Ive been busy with exams. The story I am currently writing is a "pony-fied version" of a satirical piece I wrote for my social studies course.

    Chronology in my Stories

I Intended my stories to have a chronological order, and in the MLP FiM timeline take place after Season 6. They are meant to re-use existing canon from the show, while adding some of my own (New characters and challenges to overcome). Think of it as an alternate timeline called "Season 6.5", which includes a premiere and finale that are longer than other stories. After the finale I may make

Ive added several original characters in my stories, so here are descriptions for them in case you don't want to read my stories in order or need a quick recap before reading the next story. I will add more characters to this later on via edits. The characters are in chronological order of when they're introduced.

Legend: These are for quickly describing certain attributes of a character. They're pretty obvious.

(Species)
Occupation: A job held by this character.
Parents/Siblings of: Relative of another character.
Alias: Another name this character goes by.
Personality: Character's general behavior.

Combat Rating (CR): Many of my stories contain fights (no blood or gore) which effect the outcome of the story. A character's CR gives an idea of their fighting capabilities, with a higher rank more likely to defeat a lower rank. Some listed CRs have +/- for slightly above or below.

These go from lowest to highest.
D: Usually hides from fights and is easy to pick off. Example: Typical citizen
C: Will fight, but typically loses quickly. Can be described as cannon fodder. Example: Royal Guard
B: Will fight, can hold their ground for a while before being overwhelmed. Example: Changeling
A: Tougher than typical. They'll win most fights. Example: Mane 6 in normal situations
S: Powerful, will make easy of common threats. Example: Alicorn Princesses.
SS: Undefeatable, it will take some otherworldly powers to defeat them (such as Rainbow Magic or elements of Harmony).
Examples: Discord, Chrysalis, buffed Tirek.

Character's who have no combat situations in my stories have no listed CR.

Spoilers!

Snowy Trail (Pegasi): First appears in Crusader's Quest in Cloudsdale, minor supporting character.

"Friendly, caring, but not shy"

A school-age filly who is a paternal cousin of Rainbow Dash. She was born the day Rainbow first did a Sonic Rainboom and is the younger sister of Cirrus. Snowy earned a snowflake cutie mark obtained by designing snowflakes for her parents to use at the weather factory.

Rainbow Trail and Hailstorm (Pegasi): First appears in Crusader's Quest in Cloudsdale, Background characters.

"Generally relaxed and easy going"

Occupation: Weather Factory Workers
Parents of: Cirrus Storm and Snowy Trail

Rainbow Dash's Uncle and Aunt. Rainbow Trail is the younger brother of Rainbow Blaze.

Cirrus Storm (Pegasi): First appears in Crusader's Quest in Cloudsdale, Major Supporting character.

"Either a helpful inventor, or an evil genius with serious regrets."
,
Personality: Curious and Quick-Witted
Occupation: Inventor
Alias: Dr Manestorm (Unicorn)
CB: (A+) Physically weaker than the Mane 6, but uses an arsenal of inventions in fights to assist her. When buffed by the Tempest Topax, this is increased to (SS-)

A grown mare, who is a paternal cousin of Rainbow Dash and the older sister of Snowy Trail. When Rainbow Dash got her cutie mark Rainbow Blaze tried to invite his younger brother Rainbow Trail to celebrate but he couldn't make it due to his wife (Hailstorm) having another baby pony (Snowy Trail). Instead Rainbow Trail sent his first daughter Cirrus, who became very close friends with Rainbow Dash in an effort to get a cutie mark like hers.

Unfortunately Cirrus discovered her special talents differed from Rainbow Dash and received a Storm Cloud for a cutie mark instead. She disconnected from Rainbow for many years afraid she'd be shunned for being different. During Crusader's Quest in Cloudsdale the Cutie Mark Crusaders re-unite Cirrus with Rainbow Dash. With the help of the Mane 6 she accepts her differences and retains an Maud/Pinkie relationship with Rainbow Dash.

Notable Inventions include:

Dizzitron: Before Cirrus sold it to Spitfire, they had Mama Biceps twirl pegasi for the recovery test, a method Cirrus disapproved of. Spitfire sent her a Wonderbolts jacket as a token of appreciation.

The Changeling Slime Tube: Allows a pony to use Changeling magic by extracting it from the slime of changelings. Cirrus used this to impose as a unicorn (Dr Manestorm) in order to attend Celestia's magic school despite being a pegasi.

Heat Mine: A mine that can be planted to heat an area. Cirrus imposed as Dr Manestorm used this to steal the Tempest of Topaz before Daring Do, forcing her to cancel the book "Daring Do and the Frozen Temple of Ryul".

Tempest Topaz Harness: A clockwork suit that allows a pegasi to control the weather magic of the Tempest Topaz, an elemental stone Daring Do tried to obtain. This gave Cirrus the ability to create storms, conjure giant hailstones, and control clouds. Using these powers she fought Rainbow Dash, Twilight, and Daring Do.

Building Security System: After being hired by Mayor Fluffin Muffs, she set up an alarm system she setup in the Town Hall of Baltimare. Cirrus put a deliberate design flaw to allow kidnappers in, while giving everypony else a false sense of security.

Brazier(Unicorn): First appears in Colt Like Behavior, Minor Supporting Character.

"Aggressive and cautious... somehow."

Personality: Heroic and Rambunctious
Occupation: Firefighter in Manehattan
CB: (A, applies to his friends as well). Being firefighters and often engaged in aggressive physical activity they're stronger than the average pony.

A grown stallion who is the maternal cousin of Rarity. He visited Rarity once when Sweetie Belle was a baby pony but they didn't get along at all, due to Rarity's disliking to his choice of clothing. Rarity has no memory of this but her parents and Brazier do. After many years, he started visiting her again occasionally, despite it always resulting in a disaster.

Brazier's closest friends: All except Streamer are also firefighters.

Rain Drops: A rowdy pegasi who often criticizes others, while being a general annoyance. He often fanboys Rainbow Dash.

Sturdy Steed: Noble and gentlecolt, unless around his friends. In a relationship with Coco Pommel.

Streamer: Modern earth pony who often hosts parties for others in his Arcade/Party Room in Manehattan. His friends encourage him to hit on Pinkie under the impression he is really good at flirting with her. In reality Pinkie has very low standards and anything romantic between them is a joke.

Dark Bark (Rot Wolf): First appears in Biting Buddies, Minor supporting character.

"He's trying to stop being self-centered and inconsiderate. A behavior heavily found in Rot Wolves"

Alias: Defective Pup (By other Rot Wolves)
CB: (S). Like other Rot Wolves, he can create armies from inanimate objects.

Rot Wolves: These magical creatures were around Equestria's founding, and fought for the land during Discords ruling. They were defeated by the ponies so they started their own kingdom called "The Waste Lands" outside Equestria just North of the Changeling kingdom. They are known to be mean and abuse any form of kindness they receive. Rot Wolves possess dark magic that allows them to steal life from whatever they eat, then use it to re-animate minions to do their bidding. The high consumption of resources result in Rot Wolves having a fairly low population at all times, but because a single one is powerful enough to summon armies, it can take a dozen ponies to defeat a single Rot Wolf. During the war for Equestria they created Timber Wolves from sticks as soldiers to fight for them, and as of modern day, some of these Timber Wolves can still be found in forests.

Unlike most Rot Wolves, Dark Bark was born with a mental disability that makes him much nicer than other Rot Wolves. Being unable to get along with others in the Waste Lands he escaped to Equestria where Thorax asked Spike to help him move in. He still possesses the re-animation magic used by other Rot Wolves, being able to bring sticks and stones to life, after consuming enough organic waste.

Toadstool (Rot Wolf): First appeared in Fiends with Benefits

"Hexirit's clumsy and lazy assistant. He couldn't find a better one"
CB: (S+)

More powerful than the average Rot Wolf, being chosen by Hexirit to assist in carrying out his plans. Disobedient at times, trying to take shortcuts to get things done as quick as possible, unlike Hexirit who thinks things out very carefully (possibly too carefully). Spends most of his time practicing curses that Hexirit has already mastered in hopes one day he can finally rest on Equestrian soil... in ruins...

Hexirit (Rot Wolf): First mentioned in Hexirit's Curse, Main Antagonist of Season 6.5

"Knowledge is power. Everything else is a waste of time."
CB: (SS+) Having studied Equestrian magic and curse for decades, he knows how to counter every spell ever written and can enslave ponies in a blink through the use of curses. Can he even be defeated? It's a good thing he takes a long time to prepare before attacking.

Hexirit is a very wise and powerful rot wolf who has studied Equestrian magic for years, believing he can use this knowledge to overthrow Princess Celestia. Seeing his potential the rot wolves of The Wastelands made him their leader. He is generally indirect in his methods, having gone easy on Cadence in a fight ten years prior, but secretly cursing her so he could take control of her future child, Flurry Heart.

He personally believes the idea that "Friendship is Magic" is delusional. Who needs friends when you can magically enslave everyone and everything you encounter?

Curses: An type of re-animation spell exclusive to Rot Wolves. Curses tamper with the victims life energy (or anima), forcing them to do certain things against their will until a particular condition is met. In modern day, very few Rot Wolves are able to use them, however Hexirit is working day and night to revive their usage in an effort to take over Equestria.

Because re-animation magic is exclusive to Rot Wolves, it's very difficult for a pony to dispel a curse. Starswirl the Bearded has an incomplete spell for dispelling curses, but no pony knows how to finish it.

Fluffin Muffs (Earth pony): First appears in The Stallion Battalion

Occupation: Mayor of Baltimare.
CB: D, will cower and hide.
S+ while alicorn

A mare with an extreme hatred for stallions for an reason yet to be discovered. She tried to become Mayor of Baltimare and upon doing so changed the law to have stallions imprisoned for doing anything, and any pony who questions the law. Both mares and stallions had major issues with this law and had started taking action, resulting in the formation of "The Stallion Battalion", an organization whose goal was to overthrow Fluffin and free the unfairly imprisoned ponies.

Seeing her hatred of a population of ponies, Toadstool decided to grant her alicorn magic knowing she'd capture them so he could use them for who knows?
