For me, no episode of season 6 is in the bottom half of the series.
Applejack's "Day" Off is the weakest of the season, but it's right at number 67.

And the top ten of the series are made up of 5 episodes of the season, 2 from season 5, and 1 each from seasons 1,2, and 4.
CotLM is my number 1, Starlight's season 6 episodes (not counting the premiere) being 2-5.

4272367 Because it did a lot of things right in the span of just 22 minutes: It reformed Diamond Tiara and actually made her into a character with a lot of potential (prior to this any potential she had was hindered by the writers trying to force us to hate her), it had some really good songs, the CMC finally got their cutie marks thus ensuring they wouldn't regress back to their Season 1 and early Season 2 behavior ever again, and the whole thing felt like an appropriate way to celebrate the show's fifth anniversary. Plus, while I would love for an extended version, what they did touch on was done really well and very maturely. Wanting to please someone else just because of the pressures and demands they're placing on you, standing up against someone who's taking you for granted and pushing you around, and of course the importance of helping those who deserve it most even when they've done you wrong in the past.

Wow, like 4272367 said, that must have took a while. In my personal opinion, COTLM is near the very top of my list, with only Stranger then Fanfiction, No Second Prances and Luna Eclipsed passing it.
