History Lesson: I'm not dead.

Wow. How has it been a whole month already since the last chapter? I'm really sorry, guys.

I could tell you that I've had a ton of college work to do.
I could tell you that I've been working on some side projects.
I could tell you that I've missed deadlines, killing my confidence.
I could tell you that I've been under ridiculous amounts of stress.
I could tell you that I've been dragging my feet and procrastinating.
I could tell you that I've sat down to write only to get distracted and waste time.
I could tell you that I've sat down to write, but writer's block halted any progress.
I could tell you that I've sat down to write, but I just didn't feel the inspiration coming.
And I'd be correct in saying all those things.

But those are all excuses.

For those of you who are still patiently bearing with me, thank you. With Celestia as my witness, I promise I will finish as soon as I am able.
