(...or thereabouts, anyway.)
Writing and editing progress update.
The Starlight Broadcast, Part 1, will consist of 30 chapters (about 96 / 97 thousand words). I'm working to finished editing and uploading those last few chapters soon.
After that, the story will go on hiatus for a bit while I get stuck into writing Part 2.
Part 1 took me about 17 days to write, but of course I didn't have a job at the time. So I don't know how long Part 2 will take but I will definitely be putting in the effort when I can. Of course that's to say nothing of the editing. Editing always takes longer than writing. For me, anyway. I'm going to have to balance 'publish vs polish' more carefully this time around, because of my eagerness.
Speaking of editing, feel free to give me feedback on what you've seen of Part 1. I'd greatly appreciate it going forward.
Things like spelling mistakes will be corrected without ceremony, but I will aim to be very transparent about any potential larger edits.
So if anything was confusing, poorly worded, inconsistent, a plot hole, etc. then I'd like to hear about it. I aim to improve.
Anyway. Part 2 will happen at some point but definitely before the end of the year.
Thankyou everyone for taking an interest thus far. Cheers.
UPDATE: Oct 4th, 2016. Thankyou to Glenn for pointing out a narrative issue in Pt.1 - Chapter 29. I have since made an edit to that chapter, the details of which can be found in the author's notes for that chapter. If you read said chapter before the edit then please go and read the author's notes to see what's changed. (It's probably not a big deal right now, but it definitely needed to be fixed before I moved on. Thanks again.)
