Well, I'm currently in a bad situation. I am low on money and even stipend doesn't help much. It is 900 rubles per month, which cannot cover anything at all. Transport - no, food and water - no. Not even talking about anything I want to buy!
I found a solution. Patreon, that website that helps artist earn money.
I almost made it but, well, it requires PayPal. And PayPal requires me to be over 18. I have to wait another year to be able to earn something that won't look sad and laughable at the same time.
So... this is my reason for not updating for so long. I was thinking about what I've just written.
Can anyone give me a piece of advice? I really need it.

As for the money problem, i'm afraid i can't help with that since i myself am facing similar problems, but they are much more smaller since i don't have as much to worry about the money. Still can't use it too freely what with school going on...
I would help if i could but i can't. A fact i curse more at as more time passes...

Yeah, Russia. Bears, balalikas, vodka, nuclear plant in the basement, those stereotypes. They're rather funny to me, honestly.
Well, many similar problems occur to people, so, I'm not surprised that there are people who want to help but have the same problem.

all i can do say is budget budget budget (economics was a class i actully did well in and budgeting was not that hard)
also one idea is take a page out of those survivas story and look up ways of getting water and make a gardenif you can save money for food and transport note these are ideas i have not true idea how well they work but hey all i can do is make some for of suggestion
