Really? For me, RD as Thor fits perfectly.

1) They both have high opinions of themselves.
2) Both are most at home in the sky.
3) Both can manipulate the weather.
4) And let's face it, neither are the sharpest crayons in the pack. I mean, you kinda have to be a genius to be Iron-Man. And Pinkie's definitely that.

Actually, all of these fit pretty well.

Applejack's basically Stage Rogers already.
Twilight would totally be the one to bring the Avengers together.
Rarity would be adapt at spywork.
Pinkie's a genius and a little crazy, which is perfect for Stark.
And Spike as Hulk is PERFECT!!

Really, the only one that doesn't fit is Fluttershy. But it looks awesome.
