4175024 One problem there, given that this verse had the ponies meeting the humans even under certain circumstances, wouldn't they have worked together and found a cure to Cancer by now? I mean they had access to the one thing we don't, real magic. With all the spells out there, surely they'd had solved that issue by now. Just seems like logic there.

This isn't so much of a spoiler but yeah there is a better treatment for Cancer. Problem is Twilight hid it so she could focus more attention on finding the cure to the conversion potion rather then seek the treatment necessary to stop it which she felt would waste her time. She's past the point of curing now.
