    Well, color me impressed.

All 78 episodes on 2 discs, the translation is just as solid as the Hulu version, the subtitles are on by default, and they even translated the mid-episode character cards.

Well, because there was no TYT this week...

Here's an absolutely adorable tutorial on how to hug your pony from doubleWbrothers.

So I've been busy away from ponies... Again...

With my quest/race to get a Rainbow S on all of Freedom Planet 2's stages, my creativity lit up like a bonfire again, and I started crafting an alternate ending of sorts for the past week.

That story is now complete, and posted in its entirety over on AO3.

No Man's Sky: Day 2 · 3:24pm Aug 13th, 2016

I don't know what Hello Games did overnight, but my issues from yesterday are all but gone.

So far, this game is exactly what I wanted. Could it be better? Could things be added? Absolutely, but I feel a bit of pity for the people whining about lack of multiplayer; this game has been advertised as single player for months. I also feel pity for the likes of those who want some epic story spoonfed to them in this universe; kind of the same issue I had with bronies who didn't like Starlight's origin reveal at the end of Season 5; no imagination, no headcanon.

Suffice to say, I know exactly what my traveler's backstory is, what he's doing here, and what he's trying to do. It's my story, and that has made this game very, very exciting so far.

Five and a half hours in, and now deciding what to have to eat.

Hmm, how many systems have you warped too? How many Units you got?

4147502 I've just warped to my third system. The Atlas is calling me, and right now I've got about 500k credits; trying to build a little bit of a bank up because I'm tired of all these awesome ships docking that I can't afford.

4147505 Try and find Gold or Emeril. True, they can be used to make better Warp Boosters, allowing you to skip systems and Warp to ones connected, but they also sell for alot

4147505 Oh, if you find crashed ships, you can repair them

4147512 Yeah, right now I'm not interested in making my ship reach the center faster; I need to make it better for combat; both times I've died have been in space.

4147513 That too. Wonder if I'll find any.

4147517 Yeah, you can find distress signals in some buildings, or using a System Scan. They ships also tend to have loot like blueprints or fuel around them

I was expecting that as well. I got it.

It was not worth my $60. Not by a long shot.

Just not enough content, yeah? Anyone can see that's the major issue with the game. It'll get repetitive, fast.

$30, sure. That's a fair price for what's being offered as is.

4147677 Thing is, I believed Sean when he said from the beginning "niche game". Because the majority of gamers, especially the instant gratification crowd, aren't going to like this game.

Ah, sorry. I should have clarified: I like the game. I just don't think it's worth full AAA price.

I have all intents to get it again... Just when it hits a sale.

4147714 I think I'll play it enough where it'll justify the price. We'll see. It's already better than other $60 bets I've made.

That much I can believe.

Still stinging from the burn of The Division, personally.
