Agent of Chaos: The Plan Part 2 · 12:32am Jul 8th, 2016

Joker again. Now, I'm sure there's at least a couple of you out there who are wondering why I decided to have Thunderlane meet his last laugh right out of the gate. Well, a few days ago, I came across several stories that depicted Thunderlane as a real slimeball who slipped mares roofies before having his way with them. Personally, in my canon, Thunderlane is actually a good guy, even though I've only used him in one story. But, the aforementioned stories have given me an opinion of him that's even lower than Joker's number of Batman deaths (Arkham Origins reference ftw) so I decided to use him as a sacrificial lamb to introduce Joker.

Anyways, once word gets out about Thunderlane's death a few days and a time cut after it happens, allegations, accusations, and plenty of other "ations" crop up about Thunderlane, and soon a fair amount of the ponies in Ponyville see the mysterious Joker as a hero. Mane 6, however, not so much. However, they barely begin their investigation when they receive an invitation from The Joker himself to come to an abandoned party supply factory. There we have the reveal of The Joker and his ride.

But, that's enough spoilers for now. Let's talk instead about Mr. J's relationships with other characters. The Joker and The Mane 6 don't exactly hit it off right away when he first hits the scene. However, Joker eventually wins over Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie(who Joker ends up dating, marrying, and having a daughter with, and who WILL become Harley Quinn at some point. One other thing that's different about my Joker aside from him being an anti-hero: he treats women WAAAAAAAAAAY better than the real one.) but he only wins over the other three when Forge's minions (btw Forge was going to be the bad guy in DARK until it blew up in me and Pyra's faces) show up and they realize they have to work together to survive. Speaking of Forge's goons. I need to talk to PyraFlare about that, so if you'll excuse me...

Before you do, L.M. needs to talk to ya in a private message... something about Xram, Forge, a Nightmare, and some more Displaced you and Pyra should meet. He said that the Displaced would be EXCEPTIONALLY helpful to your stories. That's all he told me.

If that's how he is like, he'd best pray he doesn't meet Nathan Phoenix or Metal Sonic, the two most heroic displaced in the Nightmare-verse, they don't condone killing innocent ponies in the slightest, any time they come across a displaced that does they either beat them senseless, kill them or for Metal further down the line, strip them off their displacement and send them back to their earth

Joker isn't going to kill innocent ponies. He's just going to kill criminal ponies that, to him anyways, aren't worth the Mane 6's time, or at least, gas them with non-lethal Joker Venom. The kind Thunderlane got gassed with was deadly, but that was because he was a criminal. That pill bottle he gave Joker was full of drugs that he'd used to force mares into being intimate with him, not that we'd actually see any of that mind you. After his meeting with the Mane 6, Joker's gonna go after Thunderlane's suppliers in Manehattan or Fillydelphia or some place like that.

Few other things I should mention about Joker. His true identity is so secret, even HE doesn't who he is. However, it's safe to say that he had a REALLY, REALLY, bad day, and he fell into a vat of unknown chemicals, and Batman was involved, thus altering his body and mind forever. Also, wether or not this was because of the chemicals or not, Joker is ridiculously smart. He's manipulated both the sane and insane, the corrupt and incoruptible, into being pawns in his games. Also, his insanity gives him near-superhuman strength and he can take a lot, and I mean A LOT of pain. He once had A SHURIKEN STUCK IN HIS EYE AND HE SHRUGGED IT OFF LIKE IT WAS NO PROBLEM. He's also survived a ton of explosions and falls. However, he can still be killed by certain poisons and anything else that can kill a human.

Thought you'd like to know.

A shuriken? To the eye?

Well, it isn't as bad when compared to being STABBED in the CHEST by a 1 FOOT LONG SWORD, and then having said sword SLOWLY TURNED as it is LODGED in your chest, before you slowly feel life fading away from your body, as you are forced to feel all the painful events that were taking place as you slowly DIED.

Fun fact: That ALMOST happened to L.M., had it not been for Princess Luna, who saved him from dying to an insane human, who was Displaced as fucking ZALGO... it was childish in the beginning, then it got serious.

4076525 may want to tone down his durability and strength, one of the issues with DARK was the fact that Gaster was seen as overpowered right off the bat. Make Joker durable but not that durable, give him above average strength but only by a little. Joker uses his wits and his toys to fight, not brute force or insane durability, stay true to the character

Agreed. That's also why I made his chaos powers a double-edged sword unless he was topping off his supplies on the fly.
