How Powerful is Twilight Sparkle?

In my most recent chapter of To Touch the Sun (not yet published) an astute reader may note how powerful Twilight Sparkle seems. So, how powerful do I think our favorite book horse actually is? Twilight Sparkle, to put it simply, is the most powerful unicorn alive. She can only be rivaled by her brother Shining Armor and its anyone's guess who would win an actual confrontation between the two. Twilight has mastered levitation and is capable of lifting one-hundred times her body weight. She has mastered teleportation. She can cast a shield spell that, while nowhere near as strong as Shining's, can be cast over a wide area before stretching thin. She has mastered spell craft, rune craft, combat magic, transformation magic, telepathy, hypnosis, necromancy, Tarot, divination and scrying. If called upon to do so, she could summon an army of spirits, bind the elements to her will, shield a large group of ponies (though not an entire city), heal a broken bone and mow down an opponent with ease. She could clear an entire orchard or crack a boulder into somepony's skull. She could send a mental suggestion that would cure an alcoholic's desire for alcohol, perhaps even make them hate it altogether. (That last skill is highly monitored. Despite being pardoned for misusing it, a second offense could land her a one-hundred thousand bit fine and twenty years of community service.) She is well-versed in healing magic, though it is not her specialty. She is an expert in alchemy and astrology.
One reason she is always so prepared is because she is highly psychic. She "knew" a disaster was about to strike Equestria which is why she began researching prophecies. She intuitively sensed she could defeat Nightmare Moon which is why she went traipsing into the woods after her. Basically, her mind can process thousands of potential futures in an instant. This can sometimes get her confused as she could tap into a potential reality where Celestia is a tyrant that would banish Fluttershy for stealing her pet or send Twilight to magic kindergarten for a late assignment. Anxiety clouds her psychic ability.
One downside to all this magical ability is that Twilight has a persistent fear that she will fall to darkness. This gives her severe anxiety and possible psychological imbalance. She has foreseen futures where she is a tyrant or evil. Hence, her need to constantly control herself and her environment.
It is fortunate that she prefers quiet study to world domination.
