A Song of Angels is NOT deliberately post poning chapters. · 2:56am Jun 16th, 2016
This is going to be a short blog because I know a lot of FoE fics don't get past their first chapter, and I want to make it clear to the people following this fic: A Song of Angels is not stuck.
Chapter two has been finished for months, but after the dislike train rolled through (presumably because those blokes thought their'd be sex in the first chapter. Sorry boys, no clop till chapter eighty two. I removed the sex tag but I'll add it back when chapter two is out.) I realized Chapter two in its then current form looked terrible and didn't look as great as it does now. Thanks to my newest editor for the story, I've managed to reword paragraphs, add more for the characters, new dialogue and massive re-edits. Moosetasm is an awesome editor to work with (when he gets round to the edits,) and, Kirito-Persona, the assistant editor deserves praise for his help, both editors are being a big help.
However, Moosetasm's busy schedule (I presume) has brought the re-edits to a pause, and I'd like to get this chapter out before next month (or better yet this month) because it should've been out already. No offense to Moosetasm, I don't want to rush him, I don't want to be a big douche about it, I think he's awesome and he's helped majorly, but I'm starting to grow impatient and I'm on the verge of releasing it regardless. I can't expect him to drop everything for me, and I don't, as hypocritical that may sound I don't expect him to drop what he does to make this frustrated man child happy. The size of the chapter doesn't help either.
I'm going to say this right now: I am not going to cancel this fic. People can dislike it to high hell, I don't care. I want to do this fic and I'm going to write it to completion, concurrently with other projects, for as long as I am able.
