New chapter of Hoopy's Notebook up · 1:38am Apr 9th, 2016

Hey, all!

I put up another short scene a couple of hours ago, but I never saw it show up in the Latest Updates queue. So, in case you missed it, here it is. It's just a short scene of filly Twilight's test and the aftermath from Celestia's point of view.

Regarding Project Sunflower: Harmony, the chapter 21 is nearly ready. I have to re-write about 1/4th of it. Chapter 22 is going well, and I'll be getting that to my editors as soon as I can.
