Mah Seattle excursion went off pretty well. Had some fun, saw some cool cosplay, spent a ton of money on all sorts of crap...ya know, had a fun vacation! Hahaha.
As such, Ah should be able to continue working on the story (both proofing and continuing on with more) this weekend. Ah'm still waiting for something in particular to post the chapter, but hopefully that'll come through soon enough and then we'll be good to post...something Ah'm sure y'all are waiting for seeing as it's been quite some time since Ah last updated. Hahaha.
Ah kinda wanted to post a bit from the upcoming chapter to sort of appease those waiting, but for the life of me Ah just can't pick a part that works well without giving away anything Ah want ta be a surprise.
So yer just gonna have ta keep waiting.
Hahahaha.

You could say that.
Saw a Gundam, specifically the RX-0 Phenix. Gold armor, light up psycho-frame, double shields, glowing beam saber...the whole nine yards. That cosplay was on point!
Spent like...an ungodly amount of money in the vendor's hall on figures and stuff...but man, with it being Good Smile's 15th Anniversary there wasn't much chance of that not happening, especially for the convention exclusive Miku figures. Hahaha.
It didn't really rain much either, just like maybe a day and half total, which was nice. Played a lot of awesome games at Round 1, which is like a super popular big name Japanese arcade brand that's slowly coming to the US. Even was able to use some online functions with some cards Ah had from a long time ago so that was a nice bonus!
Plus, wandered into a random Barnes & Noble when me and mah buddy were just walking around and found a clear variant of Octavia just sitting with with all the other vinyl pony figures. So score one for random luck! Hahahahaha.
All in all, it was a pretty good trip and a nice relaxing time away from work and a lot of stressful things. Ah wish it could've been longer, cause there was still so much Ah wanted to see again from out there, but only had so much time off Ah could take.
But yeah, it was nice to get away and there were quite a few good memories...oh, right! Almost forget one!
So, we rented a car but ended up with a minivan instead cause they were short on available cars at the rental place. And, in what was probably the shining moment of mah trip, Ah nearly Austin Powers-ed the van while in a parking garage. Nearly. It was kinda dicey with how tight Ah was in, but Ah pulled out and was able to turn around elsewhere and fix it.
So yeah, Seasoned Traveler right there, ladies and gents!

Eyup. That's true enough. One day Ah'll get back out there again...or maybe just adventure to another con that's closer to home.
Who knows exactly what the future may hold. Haha.
