An official disclaimer

I would like to put it on the record that I had nothing to do with the "Runaway Fresno Unicorn", and in no way engineered the whole thing as a stunt to attract attention to my fanfic "Disco Inferno", which just so happens to have the exact same plot.

...Although I sure wish I did.

(Fun fact: Fresno, CA and Passaic, NJ are in fact the exact same location in space-time. The only difference is that Passaic is the birthplace of television, while Fresno is the birthplace of...(consults Wikipedia)...the credit card. Ugh.)

I lived in Fresno for a time, and found that the only truly redeeming qualities it had (for me) were the state university, and the city's proximity to Yosemite National Park. And that's it.

Now if there'd been unicorns running around, back then...

But when I pass through Passaic, I detect no Fresno. Perhaps I just lack a Fresno lens?
