Anyway, hey there, butt buddies! As you've probably noticed, about one day prior to this writing, All I Want for Hearth's Warming is You fell out of the featured box, garnering about 390 upvotes and about 4.2k views during its stay. Thanks to everyone who read and everyone who enjoyed! You make the clopfic business all worthwhile.
This story took quite a while to write, as I'm sure you're aware. I had been cycling through ideas, wondering just how a sequel would work... the #1 idea I had was to make it take place at the reception after Shining and Cadance's wedding. Twily and Shiny would be sitting off to the side, reminiscing... until they decided to sneak off and have one last fling for old time's sake. It was Regidar, who begged me to get Twily pregnant, that made the fic what it is today.
I outlined it a few days after Squeaky-Clean was released. The final version didn't change much from the outline; the only real change I can think of is that in the outlined version, the scene with Twily and Shiny putting up the lights and talking didn't exist. I added it because I wanted more space between Twilight coming home and the party to show her relationship with Shiny. I wrote the entire first scene on December 21st while I was on a plane to California, and the rest was written in bits and pieces across the next month or so.
So, the obvious question: is there gonna be another sequel?
And the answer to that is... I don't know.
Honestly. It's not that I don't find pregnant filly Twilight awesome. I do. She's a great girl. But there are just so many other projects that I'm working on now (both clop and non-clop) that I'm more interested in than another sequel. But at the same time, you gotta remember that the original Squeaky-Clean was thought up and written in less than a day, merely because I was horny and wanted to write something. So who knows? I hope that those of you who followed me over the last few days stick around all the same.
Speaking of non-clop: as I've mentioned loads of times over the past year, this account is an alt. I created it to post clopfics because I didn't want them on my main. However, I've never revealed publicly what my main account is.
On March 29, this account will turn one year old. On that day, I'm planning on finally connecting the two accounts. I just gotta make sure that I haven't broken any of the alt rules first. 
I've got loads of content over on my non-clop main, so I hope that when the time comes, you'll come check it out.

Totally understandable, I can sympathize. Bottom line, don't feel pressured into writing a sequel. If you do end up writing it, make sure it's because you genuinely want to.

With Twilight pregnant, the question is anyway, how the baby turns out since similar genetics.
