Chapter 119 update! · 6:31pm Feb 12th, 2016
So Chapter 119 has been completed, however... i had some trouble with it. Now, on most occasions, what i have in my outline has been thought about, the kinks worked out, and all the event planning taken care of/set in stone long before i write the chapter itself. This is part of what allows me to write so fast, because i've done all of my brainstorming and analysis of my options waaaaaaaay before i even started writing.
However, on VERY RARE occasions i have gotten to a scene started writing, and as i've written it, realized that maybe it won't work... so i go back to the drawing board for this one particular scene and try to work it out. This has happened maybe three times total so far throughout writing this story from chapters 1 through 118.
Well... it happened FOUR TIMES in this chapter alone as i was writing it, it was a bit frustrating since most of the time my chapter writing is streamlined, but four seperate times in this chapter i ended up deleting a good 1-2k words because i stopped and went... "no, this wont work... dammit..." and deleted it.
So needless to say, im going to be taking a very careful long look at this chapter before i send it to Kestrel. A change in outline plans, if not handled correctly can lead to inconsistencies, and if they all happen in the same chapter it can be a mess (already caught one that was pretty bad)
So what does this mean? Since i pretty much don't do anything on friday (we all need to take breaks right?) my guess is that this chapter will be out early next week. 
(My guess is this will just be another case of me saying "i don't think this chapter worked well" only for it to be just fine xD)

I never actually work out anything and just go with the flow. That's when it comes best for me. My BFF though plans the hell out of a story yet never writes, always saying she lost interest.
*Hugs* I know the feeling. I'm still trying to work in a hat... I had the scene planned, then Scootaloo poped a question... and the hat didn't work in. (it's driving me up a wall!)
I'm sure it'll be fine.

Do what you need to do, I'm sure it will be awesome. Full disclosure-I haven't read 118 yet (combo of being on vacation when it came out, then being sick for the past few days and drugged on Sudafed), so I think I'll hold off and do a binge read when 119 comes out.
