well the cruelest thing it could do would be to turn her back to a normal Pegasus, but I could see it giving her bigger ears and wings since those are her biggest problems at the moment.
As opposed to the other guy I'm willing to say she could change into a bat as a dracula reference. And scare evrypony when she walks into the apple hold as a gigant flying mouse!
But aking her a pegasus could be nice too. Maybe something nearly permanent save for full mon?
I assume it was going to turn her into some kind of a monster. Soulless black eyes fangs dripping blood, with no reflection and enhanced strength. And maybe the ability only say one word"brains".
