Story update: My Idiot

So now that I can safely say I've more than set the scene for this story, I actually have to think about what I'm gonna do next.
Great...

It's safe to say this story is nothing special. I hope the writing is decent, but this story doesn't hit much more than an average at the moment. A part of it is because I feel thus far unsatisfied with Rumble's character. I mean, I know what I want him to be. I know what will happen in the end. I know how he might develop, or rather, hope he might develop.

The fact is, I feel he doesn't have a strong character or presence. Flame5768 was great at pointing this out. But this may be because, for now, I’ve just been setting the scene. I've dragged it on for longer than needed, but it's finally time to get into some nitty-gritty story telling.

Another concern is tags; rather, how the story hasn't been living up to them. Comedy? Meh. It has some giggles I suppose. Romance? Okay, so I've included a ship and I think the ultimate result of this story is already predictable. But I haven't actually had any meat to it, just bone, if you get what I mean.

So I present to you the latest, belated chapter of My idiot. Nothing special, but I finally feel satisfied in going into detail now that you all have a rough idea of what the characters are like. And if you don't, comment below!
I'd love to hear from the people who read this, so that I can better plan on how to continue this story.
