Another Guard Tiara Story?/ Little Green Adventures · 7:55am Dec 29th, 2015
So my most recent story is the second focusing on Diamond Tiara grown up and a part of Twilight Sparkle's royal guard.
The question is: is there much interest in me writing another?
I know at least one reader is interested, seeing as the posted the request in the comments. I also kind of wrote it as a way to expand the story, giving me opportunities to write more about her. I even have a few ideas that I would like to use, including one based on a possible variation of CrowMagnon's thundersteel. And I would like to do more with Queen Insidious. After all, a major part of this story was creating and introducing her.
It was also a good way to show that Diamond Tiara is still young and inexperienced. She has a lot to learn and growing to do in order to become a fully skilled and professional soldier.
At the same time, I have a little doubt. As much as I like some of the things I've done with the story, I also feel disappointed in it. Like it could have been better. Although I kind of have been feeling that a lot lately with my writing. Like I can't quite get it right for what I want.
So I'm looking to readers and followers for a bit more of an objective view (although it is all subjective). Would anyone be interested in there being another story about Guard Tiara and her struggles, or has the last one left others a little disappointed and not wanting to see a third or more?
Also, on a side note, would anyone be interested in a story (or stories) focused on "li'l" Green "Greenie" Smith Apple? I don't entirely know what I would do with her, but I like the character and kind of want to create a story or two about her. Is that something that would appeal to the readers?
I wouldn't mind a followup to the Guard Tiara series, especially with the whole Insidious issue now existing, just to wrap it up. Even if takes place a month after Guard Games finishes, it just needs some closure.
That said, I feel like the pacing of Guard Games was a little fast, and it just bounced between plot points. If you do go for a sequel, maybe try to slow it down a bit and build to one massive climax - for example, the final showdown between Tiara and Insidious - and keep some, though not all, of the other stuff off screen.
Just my opinion though. Take it with a grain of salt.

I loved the first and have been waiting for the time irl to free up so i can read the second, and if the first is anything to judge by PLEASE make more. I'll come back and Edit this after i have had time to read the sequal. though by then I'm sure your mind will be made up one way or the other.

Of course there should be a sequel. You just introduced a new villain. She must be defeated.
We need resolution with Queen Insidious, we absolutely need at least a third story.
